Glossop, Derbyshire: The Hospitality Collective (THC), the specialists behind the award-winning Larkspur Lodge and premium caterers Fork and Field, has officially announced the expansion of its venue portfolio with the launch of The Old Town Hall.

The Hospitality Collective, a Cheshire-based hospitality management company, is proud to announce the highly-anticipated grand opening of Glossop Market Hall in November 2025. 

The transformation of Glossop Market Hall marks a defining moment for the town, and we’re thrilled to be part of this exciting project. This November, the historic building will reopen following a major redevelopment led by High Peak Borough Council, with operations and curation by The Hospitality Collective.
